Only bid if you agree to the following:

1. Payment is to be made within 3 days of winning the auction.
2. Use the auction number as a reference against your deposit. Otherwise it may take longer for your item to be dispatched.
3. Remember to send your full delivery address.
4. Please email us immediately if payment is to be delayed for any reason.

1. Most items are sent untracked in a NZ Post pre-paid bag (or envelope for smaller items).
2. If you would like the item to be tracked please select this option (add $1.50 for tracking).
3. If you would like the item to be tracked to a rural delivery address please select that option (adds $1.50 for tracking plus $2.80 RD surcharge).
4. We pack and post at actual cost. Some of our postage rates include a small charge for packing materials however this will be no more than $1 per package.
5. Items will usually be sent within 12 hours of payment being received. Please allow for slower bank processing times over the weekends.
   (Deposits made after 7pm Friday may not appear until Tuesday morning).

1. Faulty or damaged items need to be reported by e-mail within 3 days of receiving them.
2. We will replace items where possible and refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.
3. Goods must be returned in original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories. A replacement item will be sent once the returned item is received, inspected & tested (This will usually occur within 24 hours of receipt).
4. Original shipping costs are non-refundable (It is paid to a third party and not to us). You pay to return, We pay to resend replacement item.
5. Refunds will not be offered if buyer changes their mind, or if item is not what you expected.
6. If you have any problems or issues when trading with us please allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation BEFORE placing negative feedback. Negative feedback will not solve problems and we will consider the transaction finalised once a negative feedback is posted. Further assistance or opportunity to resolve an issue may automatically be withdrawn while negative feedback is in place.
